Filing a complaint
The following information should be included when submitting your complaints to service@chinaglobalmall.com
● Name of your purchaser or assistant
● What happened?
● What do you expect us to do for you?
Our assistants will respond during working hours -- 9:30 a.m. to 18:00 p.m (CST: China Standard Time), Monday to Sunday.

What's ChinaGlobalMall's return policy?
Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
Note: We do not accept returns on any of the following conditions:
1. The clothing is the same as the photos of the item we sent to you.
2. The letter location printed on the clothing deviates by just a few centimeters.
3. There is a small difference in the color shade.
